Welcome to the Insolvency Lawyers' Association website.

The ILA was formed in 1989 as a special interest group to promote the role of lawyers in the insolvency profession generally and to advance the theory and practice of insolvency administration. It provides a forum for lawyers practising insolvency law to co-operate on matters of professional interest and to represent the Association's view to Government and to other professional bodies having an interest in insolvency practice.
